Closed!

Today we FINALLY closed on the house in East Atlanta.  We went under contract in January - it took 7 months to close!  It was a short sale, so it required bank approval, which took forever to get.  But it finally happened, and we are very excited to have our second investment property (and first one on purpose).

We will spend a few weeks sprucing it up and then hopefully a tenant will move in.
