Condo rented!

We finally found a tenant for our condo a few weeks ago!  Her lease started on August 1, but she isn't moving in until this weekend.  She seems great and very responsible, so we are glad to have her as a tenant.  We are also glad to not have to show the property anymore :)

In preparation for her move-in, we had the condo repainted and professionally cleaned.  It looks as good as new!
