My pregnancy yoga class wrapped up last week, and I decided to sign up for the "combo" class this time. It's cardio, weights, and yoga. Now that I'm feeling better, I want something a bit more rigorous to get me in shape. The first class was last Thursday, and it was hard! But in a good way - it felt nice to get a workout. I also went to a water aerobics class with Abby on Saturday. It was very hard (and of course I'm not a good swimmer anyway), but I liked it and it was a great workout. I think I'll go to more of those classes when I'm bigger, as the water helps you feel weightless.
This weekend Lucy had her friend Harley staying with us while the Brunes went to Kentucky for the weekend. It was lots of fun! Harley was very well-behaved, and he and Lucy had a great time playing. I think they were both exhausted by the end of the weekend.
Yesterday I had my first pregnancy massage. It was WONDERFUL! Joseph got me a gift certificate for the Pregnancy Massage Center for Valentine's Day - thank you, honey :) I wasn't sure I'd like it since you can't lay on your stomach or back while pregnant, but she had all sorts of pillows and bolsters to prop you up comfortably on your side. It felt great. I'm hoping to go back a few more times before the baby comes.
