This past year has definitely been exciting, mainly due to the pregnancy/baby. We were so excited to get pregnant, and now we are really enjoying our new little family. We also got to do a few fun non-baby-related things this year, like travel to LA to visit family and to Mexico for vacation.
My parents offered to babysit last Saturday so that we could go out to celebrate our anniversary. We gratefully accepted the offer since we will likely not have another chance to go out for a while! We went to Miso Izakaya for sushi, and it was delicious. I really missed sushi while I was pregnant. It was nice to have dinner out with just the two of us, but I still kind of missed Lola :)

Happy anniversary! I still miss M every time I'm away from her. Honestly, it took me well over a year to be able to leave her without wanting to go home every second I was away. It takes practice but, it's good to get out just the two of you - glad you got a date! I'm sure your parents enjoyed their Lola time :)
