12 Weeks

This morning we went to my 12-week appointment.  All went well!  They did an NT (nuchal translucency) ultrasound, which was different than the ultrasound I had at my 9-week appointment.  The technician measured the baby and confirmed he/she is in the normal range for 12 weeks.  We could also see a lot more of the baby - head, knees, and toes!  It was very cool.  My mom and Joseph came along, and we were all amazed.

We are so happy to be past the 12-week mark.  Now we can start telling everyone!
