We adopted Lucy in October 2010. Our friends, Matt and Katherine Brune, had neighbors that found Lucy abandoned in a parking lot in Athens. They took her in and were fostering her until she found a home (they also named her - luckily we loved the name). We went to meet her and decided to keep her overnight for a test run - then we never gave her back!
We don't know exactly how old she is, but the vet told us she was probably about 4 months old when we took her for her first visit, so we decided June 1 would be her birthday. Happy 2nd birthday, Lucy! You are the sweetest dog ever :)
